Possible signs

Look for evidence in quiet, sheltered places.

Rodent signs can show up in more than one structure. If you find evidence, avoid disturbing it before you can describe the location to the technician.

Sounds & movement

Scratching or activity

Movement or scratching sounds in ceilings, wall voids, garages, stores or roof spaces.

Visible evidence

Droppings or gnaw marks

Droppings, gnawing, damaged packaging or nesting material along sheltered routes.

Outdoor signs

Edges and outbuildings

Inspection & control

Plan for the routes, buildings and access points.

We review where signs were found, check likely movement routes and discuss suitable control measures. Where appropriate, control may include secured bait stations and monitoring. Placement and follow-up are based on the site and the service agreed.

When booking, tell us about pets, children, outbuildings, food or feed storage and any known access restrictions.
